This year, the catalog showcases a diverse range of themes, forms, and contexts – from intimate personal stories to analyses of societal phenomena, from traditional narrative structures to bold experimental cinematic solutions. The selection features a broad spectrum of topics: the search for cultural identity, the depths of emotional experiences, interpersonal relationships, personal growth, and fragments of evolving cities. These stories help creators reveal their unique artistic styles, while also introducing the international film industry to Lithuanian cinema and its filmmakers. Among the 40 latest short films are 25 fiction films, 7 animated films, 6 documentaries, and one experimental and one hybrid film.
