NamoA lonely man lives in a city full of people, but the man does not see them. Black colour covers his consciousness and he loses touch with reality. Since the constant journey up and down repeats in his daily life, trying to search for some meaning, the man finds a red stone, but the meaning is not created. Not finding a way out of the city, the man becomes a stone himself.

Director's biography
Rebeka Salomėja Kavaliauskaitė
Former student of the Vilnius College of Technology and Design (VIKO), graduated media design, animation specialty, and is currently studying for a master’s degree in animation at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. Rebeka has created two animated short films – “Natos” (2023) and “Namo” (2024).
The film “Natos” was rated as the best student animated film at the international festival “Tindirindis 2023”. It has also taken first place in the category of animated films, at the 65th republican “Amateur Film Festival”. On June 5th, 2024 „Natos” was remotely presented at the “Europes finest hours” event in Amsterdam, in the “Young and animated” program, during which the audience was introduced to the process of creating the film and the message it carries, the themes of darkness, loneliness, confusion and human relationship with the world prevailing in the author’s work.
