Vertinimas

After the musical theater students’ exam, young director Ilona takes part in the evaluation committee but soon realizes that she got into a meeting one would never want to attend. The insensitive comments about the students suffocate Ilona and until the last minute she hesitates, whether to stand up against the blatant brutality of the “untouchables” or play along and be accepted by the board.

Director's biography

Laura Kazbaraitė

Laura Kazbaraitė has an MA in Semiotics (University of Vilnius) and a Certificate Diploma in Filmmaking (London Film Academy). She has directed short films, prime-time TV series, numerous commercials, and award-nominated music videos while working in Great Britain, Finland, and Lithuania. Laura is interested in both artistic and corporate fields, where she is always searching for inspiring and emotional stories to shake the world with. She is a big fan of interdisciplinary projects and clashing different art forms for a greater good.
