DabartistėBurned-out activist Noja shelters a Ukrainian refugee, though she quit her services. Helping each other, they re-experience warmth, belonging, and closeness, proving that persons who once loved and were being loved, capable of taking care of each other, still exist no matter the circumstances. One night in a Ukrainian city under bombs changes their lives once again.

Director’s Biography
Goda Januškevičiūtė
Film Directing Master’s Degree (MA) student at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, artistically focusing on improvisation in film. Previously worked in theatre, opera, journalism and film festivals in Lithuania and abroad. A member of the Vilnius Actors Studio. A board member of the Association of Lithuanian Cinema Culture (KKA). Present Continuous is her first short film, focused on cinematic improvisation.
