Combing
Combing is a meditative act leading to contemplation and introspection. It is an animated self-portrait about memory and relationship with the other sculpted in motion and time. Hair becomes a symbolic thread that connects past and present, memories and the current relationship between father and daughter.

Director's biography
Eglė Davidavičė
Lithuanian born director and animator Eglė Davidavičė began making short films at Skalvija Film Academy and continued her animation studies at Vilnius Academy of Arts, from which she graduated in 2019. Her debut animated film, “My Birth”, was nominated for the “Best Student Film” award by the Lithuanian Film Academy in 2018.
