Alarm
A young firefighter Lukas recently graduated and starts working in the firefighting team, among the experienced firefighters. During his working day, the young man experiences the first times, which for already experienced firefighters seems like everyday life, when the alarm suddenly rings. Lukas learns that he is going to an unprecedented and difficult call. How does Lukas handle himself during his working day, how does he overcome the first challenges and what emotions do he feel compared to his colleagues who already have experience?

Director’s Biography
Laura Greičiuvienė
Laura Greičiuvienė is a Lithuanian documentary filmmaker from a small village near Kaunas, currently living in Jonava. Her first publicly released documentary film, Aliarmas, which explores the challenges and emotional experiences of a young firefighter, was created during a Film Directing and Technical Literacy course. The film has received international recognition, winning awards for Best Short Film and Best Cinematography. In her work, Laura combines visual storytelling with real human experiences and emotions. She believes that Aliarmas is her first step into the world of cinema, leading to even greater creative projects in the future.
