The COVID-19 impacted quite strongly the film industry in the last year, at every production level. We heard a lot of stuff about animation being less impacted by the pandemic than other short film genre. Is it true? The 13th edition of the European Short Film Co-production Forum will present 13 carefully selected short films projects from all across Europe, all looking for creative and financial partners.
